he555 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Player", "User", "You") of the he555 platform, accessible at he555.asia and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof. The he555 platform provides online sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and related gaming services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the he555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

he555 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, to be eligible to open and maintain an he555 account, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate entities are not permitted to hold player accounts);
• Not be listed on any sanctions list or excluded from online gambling by any applicable regulatory authority;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of he555 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers;
• Not have a previously suspended or terminated he555 account, unless he555 has expressly reinstated that account in writing;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Ensure that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your city, province, or country before registering.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the he555 platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts. he555 may, at its sole discretion, void any bets or winnings generated from duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

he555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity card, passport, or driver's licence — prior to withdrawal or when triggered by account activity thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. he555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details. Do not share your he555 password with any third party under any circumstances.

he555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) is Rs 500. Bank transfer minimums and cryptocurrency minimums are stated in the cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be funded from a payment source that is lawfully owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. he555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended pending investigation.

he555 does not charge fees for PKR deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside the control of he555 and are your responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. he555 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

he555 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days for standard accounts. VIP account holders benefit from expedited processing timelines as outlined in the VIP Programme terms. he555 is not liable for delays arising from the recipient bank or payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the he555 system.

he555 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if KYC documentation is not provided within seven (7) calendar days of a request being made. Such funds remain in the player's balance and may be re-requested at any time after documentation is provided.

he555 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these General Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the relevant bonus terms. he555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus is being abused.

• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable between accounts;
• Only one account per household, IP address, or device is eligible for any single bonus offer;
• he555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is identified;
• Bonus offers may be subject to minimum odds requirements for sports betting promotions;
• he555 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings as specified in individual promotion terms.

All sports betting on the he555 platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the he555 Sports Betting Rules documentation. In the event of any ambiguity, he555's interpretation of the applicable betting rules shall be final.

he555 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or market where it reasonably suspects that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where any technical error has affected the availability or accuracy of odds. A "manifest error" includes, but is not limited to, odds that are clearly and substantially different from the true market price at the time of placement.

Live in-play betting is subject to network latency. he555 shall not be liable for bets placed after an event outcome is determined where such placement was enabled by a delay between real-world events and the platform's data feed. he555 reserves the right to void any bet it reasonably determines was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

All casino games offered by he555 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game shows — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored in professional studio environments.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are disclosed within each individual game's information panel. he555 does not modify the RTP of any game from the values certified by the provider's testing laboratory.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, he555's system will complete the game round according to the game's logic at the moment of disconnection. he555 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the he555 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of the platform by any person under 18 years of age;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting");
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that confers an unintended advantage;
• Collusion with other players or the use of insider information in sports betting;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the he555 platform to obscure the origin of funds;
• Chargebacks or reversals of legitimate payment transactions ("friendly fraud");
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at he555 staff or other users.

he555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides players with a suite of tools to help manage their gambling activity, accessible from the Account Settings section after login. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the he555 platform may do so immediately by contacting he555 support or activating the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in or make deposits. Self-exclusion periods are enforced strictly.

he555 reserves the right to initiate a responsible gaming intervention, including account suspension or enforced cooling-off, where it identifies patterns of behaviour indicative of problem gambling or where a player has requested assistance.

he555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, chargebacks, or violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions.

On termination of an account where no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method. Where a breach has occurred, he555 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where warranted, forfeit those funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, he555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the he555 platform.

he555's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

he555 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

All content on the he555 platform — including the he555 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of he555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the he555 platform without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which he555 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, to be agreed between the parties.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated differently across various jurisdictions. It is the player's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. he555 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

he555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
